For over a half century, Whitesell has been a leader in the southern NJ and southeastern PA commercial real estate market as a builder, owner, and property manager. With 18 million square feet of commercial real estate developed to date and a current portfolio comprising over 9 million square feet, Whitesell’s website is the core of their digital presence.

In 2016, Whitesell requested a responsive redesign and upgrade of their site to meet Google’s Mobile-Friendly requirements. We accepted the challenge and worked closely with the client on new and improved site architecture and reviewed each section of the site through wireframes. Working through the wireframes we ensured the layout would provide users the best results and data when searching for properties. 

This lead to not only a great website for prospective tenants and commercial real estate brokers, but an excellent marketing tool for Whitesell’s internal leasing team.
