Junior Graphic Designer

Idea Lab Digital (ILD), a digital branding agency based in Moorestown, New Jersey (only 25 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia), is seeking a full-time Junior Graphic Designer, starting August 1, 2024. Experience in brand development through motion graphics, display/social ad campaign design, animated GIF creation, email campaign layout, illustration, and video editing are required. Copyediting/writing and logo design experience a plus! This hybrid role requires in-person work at our Moorestown, New Jersey location three days a week. Remote on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and bring digital campaigns to life through dynamic motion graphics
• Design solutions from initial concept to final deliverable
• Adhere to client branding guidelines while introducing fresh visual solutions
• Manage demanding deadlines and daily change orders
• Maintain organized digital asset management and file versioning
• Work under supervision of chief creative officer and digital account manager
• Work collaboratively with ILD creative team and clients
• Attention to detail including proper grammar and correct spelling a must!

Experience

• BFA in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop &Premiere Pro
• Portfolio must include branding, digital advertising, and motion graphic examples
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
